Our Kundalini Activation sessions are designed to provide both experience and integration.
Total Session Time: 90 minutes
Introduction (15 minutes)
We start with a short introduction where the facilitator explains how the session will work. Participants can ask questions and understand what to expect. This time also helps everyone relax and set a clear intention for their personal experience.
Kundalini Activation Experience (60 minutes)
Participants lie comfortably on a yoga mat with their eyes closed while carefully selected music plays. The facilitator may gently touch certain energy points on the body to support the natural movement and flow of energy during the process.
Integration & Debrief (15 minutes)
After the activation, participants take time to relax and ground themselves. There is space for quiet reflection, optional sharing, and a short discussion about the experience to help everyone understand and integrate what they felt.
For deeper emotional processing, it is often recommended to integrate the experience in a psychotherapy session afterward, allowing insights and emotions to be explored in a supportive therapeutic setting.
